SkyView Excavation & Grading, Morgan, Utah, President and Owner, Ann Wardell, announces her company's selection for site preparation of the Kohl's Department Store at approximately 1226 N Main in Layton, Utah. In addition to this 12-acre site, Kohl's is planning to open several other stores in the Utah market in fall, 2004.

SkyView is working under the direction of Big-D Construction of Salt Lake City, the general contractor.

"This is a super project and we're pleased to be working with Big-D," says Wardell.

Wardell and SkyView pride themselves on a simple business philosophy: "We know how to move dirt faster and with fewer resources than anyone else."

SkyView was formed in 1984 and also owns a gravel pit in Morgan, Utah. Additionally, Skyview has worked on several recent projects including Davis Conference Center, Salt Lake City Library, U.S. 89 Interchange at Cherry Hill in Kaysville/Farmington, Utah, and Burns Field Airport, Evanston, Wyoming.

Although headquarted in northern Utah, SkyView Excavation operations extend into Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona.
